Technical Interview

Meet with the hiring manager and a team member for a deeper conversation about your experience and skills. Expect real questions relevant to the work — not puzzles or trick questions.

Facility Tour & Offer

Come see where you'd be working. We'll introduce you to the team, show you around the facility, and — if it's a mutual fit — extend a formal offer before you leave.

Do I need chemical manufacturing experience?

Not always. Some roles require it; others are open to adjacent science or production backgrounds with a willingness to learn.

What does the technical interview cover?

Practical knowledge relevant to your role — process chemistry, instrumentation, EHS regulations, or quality systems, depending on the position.
